Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah – LPDB-KUMKM or commonly abbreviated as Dana Bergulir or referred to as “LPDB” is an independent financial services agency in Indonesia which was formed to managing the revolving fund for the financing of small medium enteriprises and cooperatives in Indonesia. LPBP is under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia (Indonesian : Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM). According to LPDB’s profile as cited by JobsCDC.com, LPDB-KUMKM was established in 2006 based on tDecree of the Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs Republic of Indonesia No 19.4/Per/M.KUKM/VIII/2006 dated 18 August 2006. LPDB is based in Jakarta and its head office is registered at Jl MT Haryono Kav 52-53 Jakarta 12770.
 

Staf Bisnis

Requriements

• Preferably have an educational background in Economics or Engineering;
• Strong understanding about the concept and mechanism of the disbursement of credit and loan / financing.
• Able to work in teams with individual targets.

Staf Manajemen Risiko

Requirements

• Preferably have an educational background in Economics.
• Strong understanding about the concept of Risk Management and its applications.
• Strong understanding of the financial aspects both in conventional and islamic/sharia.

Staf Monitoring dan Evaluasi

Requriements

• Preferably have an educational background in Economics or Engineering.
• Able to compose and take measures related to surveillance, monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong understanding about the concept of Risk Management and its applications.
• Able to analyze the data.

Staf Akuntansi dan Pelaporan

Requirements

• Preferably have an educational background in Economics.
• Have a good skill in financial planning.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulation (preferably certified Brevet A and B).

Staf Hukum

Requirements

• Preferably have an educational background in the field of Law.
• Have a good skills and knowledge in analyzing a law problem / case.

Staf Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi

Requirements

• Preferably have an educational background in the field of Computer.
• Strong understanding about the development concept of information system TCP / IP;
• Strong understanding of programming languages.
• Strong understanding of Linux OS-based server management.
• Strong understanding of business process.
• Strong understanding of firewall concept.
• Strong understanding of databse concept.

General Requirements

1. Background in Bachelor Degree (S1), GPA min. 2.50 for (for PTN) and 2.75 (for PTS) within 4.00 scales.
2. Required experience for minimum 2 years in the related field for candidates recruited from external LPDB-KUMKM.
3. High integrity, honesty and dedication.
4. Preferably able to speak English both oral and written.
5. Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Windows.
6. Innovative and creative.
7. Maximum age of 30 years old.
